“Lighting a crack pipe in the rain is much too difficult,” said area man Rob B. Ree. For a nominal fee, Ree offers a compassionate shelter for crack addicts to get their fix.
Ree offers locations in North Berkeley so that his clientele can access the best bicycles available for supporting their habit. “The people of South Berkeley use too many locks,” said Ree.
Average bike values in North Berkeley are 50% higher than in South. “By optimizing for bike values,” Ree explained, “we are able to provide a complete experience for our clientele.”
Ree launched his Compassionate Crack Consumption operation to supplement his income as a fencing coach.
